Tutoring will return Fall 2019!

Tutoring and Open Study Space

The Center for Learning and Student Success (CLASS) offers peer tutoring to undergraduate students at the Forest Grove campus. The center aims to improve student success by providing a welcoming environment where students can work toward their academic goals with peer support. CLASS is a great place to collaborate with classmates and engage with others, whether or not you’re working directly with a tutor.

CLASS offers individual and small group sessions in a variety of subject areas. Tutoring sessions can be focused on preparing for a specific exam or assignment, or they can be structured as a guided study session for more general academic support.

Appointments are not required, but are strongly encouraged! Visit the kiosk at the circulation desk for assistance with scheduling.

All tutors working in the Center for Learning and Student Success are undergraduate students who have been approved by the respective departments for which they provide support, and have been trained as peer support staff.

For more information about CLASS, contact the Student Success Librarian, Josie Ragolia, at jragolia@pacificu.edu.
